How to wall-mount an LCD TV in the corner?

I have a 42″ Vizio LCD TV and a living room that has only the corner as a feasible spot for the television for optimal viewing. I would like to wall-mount the television instead of buying a special corner TV stand.

What kind of wall-mount would recommend? Have you done something like this? I know that an articulating arm mount would probably be the best solution, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as far as installation, types of mounts and websites with helpful info.
